Founder & Managing Principal, Fleet Strategy & Advisory
Valentin brings nearly two decades of experience helping organizations navigate the financial, commercial and operational complexity of their vehicle fleets. As Founder and Managing Principal of Auralí Consulting Group, he provides independent advisory informed by extensive industry experience and a clear understanding of how fleet decisions affect business performance.
His career includes strategic account management and senior client leadership roles with ARI/Holman and Element Fleet Management. Working closely with executive, financial and operational stakeholders, he has supported complex fleet programs, addressed supplier and service challenges, and translated fleet data into practical business recommendations. This experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of fleet economics and the relationship between procurement, supplier performance and operational decision-making.
His expertise spans fleet cost analysis, procurement strategy, leasing and financing, supplier performance, vehicle lifecycle planning, maintenance programs and fleet technology. He brings these disciplines together to assess how individual decisions affect the wider operation. His experience with telematics, connected vehicle data and reporting systems also helps organizations turn information into stronger decisions and more effective oversight.
Valentin founded Auralí to give organizations direct access to experienced fleet counsel guided by their interests. His approach combines objective analysis, candid advice and practical implementation, helping clients uncover hidden costs, strengthen procurement leverage and establish greater operational control.
